Forty years of manufacturing, now in polymer.
COMPLETE 3D is the additive-manufacturing arm of RAM Peripherals Ltd — a London-based business that has been quietly making things for the UK market since 1988. We started in disk duplication and data services; in the era of optical media we ran one of the busier CD-R duplication operations in southern England. Today we run a 3D-print farm out of the same Merton workshop, with the same engineering discipline and the same people.
Calibrated, not just configured
Every machine on our floor is profiled to the slicer down to flow rate per filament batch. We sell only the printers we'd run ourselves, and we ship them tuned.
Engineering, not novelty
Our day job is jigs, fixtures, enclosures, brackets, replacement housings — parts that actually have to work. The Studio and printed-goods catalogue spin off from that engineering practice.
Same-week turnaround, in person if needed
Trade customers in the M25 corridor can collect from Merton or have us drive parts over for fitting. Tracked courier next-day to most of the UK.
The boring legal bits.
