Terms of service.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the COMPLETE 3D website (operated by RAM Peripherals Ltd, Company No. 02231837) and any goods or services you order through it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Definitions
- "We" / "us" — RAM Peripherals Ltd, trading as COMPLETE 3D.
- "You" — the visitor or customer using this site.
- "Goods" — 3D printers, ready-made printed parts, and consumables we sell from stock.
- "Custom parts" — bespoke 3D-printed parts produced from a model file you supply.
3. Pricing & quotes
All prices on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP). We display VAT-inclusive prices where applicable; ex-VAT prices are clearly labelled. Custom-parts prices shown by the live quote engine are estimates — a formal quote will follow within one business day after an engineer reviews your file. The formal quote, not the estimate, is binding.
4. Orders & payment
A contract forms when we accept your order in writing (typically by emailing an order confirmation). For custom parts, that's the moment you accept the formal quote. We reserve the right to decline any order that we cannot fulfil to our quality standards.
Payment is taken at order acceptance for in-stock goods, or per the formal quote for custom parts. We do not store card details on our servers — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider.
5. Delivery
We ship from our workshop in Merton, London. UK mainland delivery times are typically 2–4 working days for in-stock goods and per the formal quote for custom parts. We use tracked couriers and provide tracking on dispatch. International rates and lead times on request.
6. Returns & cancellation
For in-stock goods, you have a 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Custom parts produced to your specification are exempt from this right (they cannot be resold). See our returns policy for the full procedure.
7. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they're not, you have a 30-day right to reject and a right to repair or replacement. Email support@ram-peripherals.co.uk with your order number and clear photos and we'll resolve it.
8. Warranty (printers)
3D printers we sell come with a two-year manufacturer warranty as advertised on each product page. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, not in place of them.
9. Custom-parts liability
We exercise reasonable engineering judgement when producing custom parts to your specification. We are not responsible for failures caused by issues in the model file you supplied (geometry errors, undersized features, unrealistic tolerances), and we will flag concerns on review. For safety-critical applications, we strongly recommend ordering a small first run for testing.
10. Intellectual property
You retain all rights in the model files you upload. We use them only to produce your order and provide support. We do not train AI on your files, share them with third parties, or use them in marketing without your written permission. Site copy, photos, and the "COMPLETE 3D" name remain our property.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
